Life had returned to normal, well as normal as a house could be with a preteen little boy on my hands. He went from spending time playing pirates in the treehouse to being on that darn phone.
There were times I wanted to take that phone and flush it. Davis was a popular kid, a big change from the teasing he'd once gotten. Whatever happened over that summer turned my little boy into big man on campus.
His growing needs meant he needed more of those plasma drinks. His diet was almost strictly those these days. Boyd said it was normal, hormonal changes and such, that as he got older he'd be more vampire and less human. I wasn't sure how I liked that, but Sha and I did what we could for him. My paintings were selling for a lot more now, I'd even been commissioned by the art gallery to paint two original pieces for the Are We Alone exhibit that was taking place.
I liked how they turned out. Before I knew it, my little boy was turning into a teen. We invited a few friends from school. Boyd of course flew in and Elisa came with him. She and Davis kept in touch chatting online often.
Davis was no longer my baby, instead he was a very handsome young man.

Okay so this will be the end of Kerri's gen. She hasn't reached the top of the painter career yet, she still has around $4k to go, but should reach that soon enough. The consignment shop has been a huge help along with those two LTR.

Thanks. I've been happy with how my kids have turned out so far. Boyd and Kerri made a very handsome young man! His gen should be fun. I'm trying to decide his LTW still, deciding between 2 different ones. The storyline will remain the same regardless.
DeleteNext time I'm in game I'll try to remember to upload him. Seeing the 'alternate' universe stories is interesting. Just note that in my game he is going to be a bit of a playboy. ;)

Whoa! Davis is going to be a heartbreaker for sure! And Elise is a beauty, I love the color of her eyes. Davis settled his differences with Kerri and Sha just in time for the teenage years, which could be trouble but hopefully not.

DeleteDavis has settled with his mom and Sha.He knows his home life is a happy one even if it's not traditional. Hopefully he won't rebel too much.

ReplyDeleteI miss a lot playing with vampires. There was a time I almost only played with them. I just stopped to join the Going Solo but I miss a lot. I miss specially how quickly they learn. All my vampire kids and teens had almost (if not all) skills mastered.

DeleteI've not really played much with them although my baby challenge does surround them, I don't really 'play' that game its more shots for stories and such. I'm enjoying this challenge since it is making me play the game again and I'm learning stuff along the way. I'm going to need those vamp skills for his job I think so glad to hear they learn fast. We need that to help with the jock influence.

Thanks, and nope they aren't. I don't have a painting replacement mod thingy so those are game ones your sim can paint.
DeleteI hope he doesn't give his mom too much trouble as a teen. Aww thanks...I haven't done a wedding in a while. Hopefully this one will be easier than trying to stage ones like I do for my other stories. All game interactions. Well maybe a little posing...
